About the stuffing
All bread used comes from a local bakery
(Oxfords, Allweston). No preservatives or additives are used in the bread. Local butter is used to create a rich crumbly taste. All the pieces of fruit and nuts are chopped by hand so you can see what
you are eating. |

Apricot, Pistachio and Orange Stuffing
- This is a really special rich buttery stuffing that will enrich any meal
time, the nuts and apricots are all cut by hand so you can see what you are
eating, and with that fresh zesty orange flavour it is sure to suit most
palates.
- It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, either with your Roast
Chicken or Pork.
- Or try topping cauliflower cheese, you can also stuff
chicken breasts, or fill mushrooms for a starter or as a vegetarian main
course, the options are endless!

Lavender, Apple and Onion Stuffing
- An unusual stuffing, made to my own recipe, don't be put off by the
lavender, it just gently adds a subtle flavour to this stuffing in a way you
wouldn't expect.
- It harmonises beautifully with pork in just the most
amazing way, especially since the stuffing has a sweet flavour from the
Apple.
- One of my favourite weekday meals is to get some Pork chops or Pork
tenderloin and gently place the stuffing on top of the chops or cut slices
of tenderloin and put the stuffing on top or alternatively split the
tenderloin and fill it with stuffing then roll back up.
- Whichever way you
choose, you then roast the pork until cooked and hey, you have one really
delicious meal. It also is delicious with Chicken and for stuffing field
mushrooms or topping cauliflower cheese, also for baking on top of Leeks, or
cook and sprinkle on top of cooked Broccoli.

Parsley and Lemon Stuffing
- This is a very simple stuffing that is particularly suited for people who
just like simple flavours, again made with Butter, it also has Fresh Parsley
and Fresh lemon, which makes it really quite zesty.
- It is a very useful
Stuffing to have in your freezer when guests turn up unexpectedly.
- It is
fantastic with Chicken, Pork, Lamb, or try coating or stuffing fish.
- It also
makes a simple topping for Vegetable bakes, or again stuff field mushrooms.
