Thyme after Time is a select family business based in the heart of the Blackmore Vale.
We pride ourselves on producing high quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible. All products are made by Margot Eavis, a 'Dorset Lass' with 16 years catering experience,
qualified with City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 and 711 Certificate in Patisserie and
Btec Diploma in Hotel and Catering, plus food hygiene qualification.
News from the 'Thyme after Time' kitchen
One thing about being in business is that with new seasons and passing years you always feel compelled to widen your horizons and stretch yourself into meeting new challenges, thats what keeps the excitement and passion in place (well it does for me!).
This year I set myself the challenge of breaking out of Dorset and seeing what lies beyond and finding out if folk 'over the Dorset border' may also like to stock my products.

So having actioned this and spoken to the lovely people at 'The Cool Courier' I am now very happy and excited to be able to offer Wholesale customers (i.e. shops, deli's, specialist food shops, farm shops, butchers) the opportunity to keep my products in selected areas of Devon, Bath, Bristol and London and of course we can cover Dorset! So if you are interested in stocking my products then please get in touch by telephone or email and I will be able to provide you with prices. |

If you are a Chef running a kitchen and you are not happy with the leading catering brands of Pickle, Jellies made from concentrates or dried stuffing, then we might be able to help, as from January this year I am able to offer my delicious Homemade products (Chutneys, Pickles, Jellies and Stuffings and at Christmas Homemade Mincemeat in large jars / packs to serve from your kitchen, placing you above your competition.

New Stockist notice
If you are travelling around Bournemouth and fancy a light lunch, a cooked lunch or even a really fantastic cup of coffee and a slice of homemade cake... or I gather the cheese and homemade apple chutney sandwiches are amazing....(wonder who makes the chutney?) Then Adam and Eves Cafe and food store is definately worth a stop, the emphasis is on using locally produced food (including the meat). And if you are able to catch a rare glimpse of Wayne the Chef there or better still get into conversation then you will quickly realise what a passionate 'foody' he is. Imagine when he and I got talking (as my mother will tell you, she was stood in the background listening to us bounce off of one another!)
