Thyme after Time is a select family business based in the heart of the Blackmore Vale.
We pride ourselves on producing high quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible. All products are made by Margot Eavis, a 'Dorset Lass' with 16 years catering experience, qualified with City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 and 711 Certificate in Patisserie and Btec Diploma in Hotel and Catering, plus food hygiene qualification.

News from the 'Thyme after Time' kitchen As the recession is constantly thrown at us all, there are still people in Dorset who find reason to remain positive and throw a party, I have had the privilege to cook for some of these people and what fantastic times have been had. Food is my passion and I find it always so fascinating talking to my clients, finding out what makes them tick where their bellies are concerned. Everyone is so different and it is fantastic to cook such varied and interesting menus with such fantastic ingredients.
I always try to make my food more distinctive than the average so that my customers and my customer's guests remember distinctly what they ate. This year I have catered for christenings, weddings, funerals, corporate breakfasts and lunches, canapés / drinks parties, dinner parties and people who just love to entertain. I get to work in some of Dorset's finest houses and see the most fantastically decorated dining tables. I have to say I just love it and feel very privileged to be able to work at what I love.
